Our Wellness Wagon travels throughout the area to provide essential healthcare services, making it easier for those in need to receive care where they live. Alongside the Wellness Wagon, the CARE-a-van extends our reach by offering eligibility screenings, enrollment assistance, and health education on the go. Together, these mobile units are designed to break down barriers to healthcare and bring compassionate, convenient services directly to you. Our Wellness Wagon is a mobile medical unit designed to bring essential healthcare services directly to underserved areas. Traveling across Brunswick County, it provides convenient access to care for those who need it most. While appointments are encouraged, walk-up visits may be accepted as availability allows. The CARE-a-van expands access to healthcare through screening and enrollment on the go! Our CARE-a-van is a mobile outreach unit dedicated to helping the community by offering: Eligibility Screenings, Enrollment Assistance, and Community Outreach.
