Our Wellness Wagon is a mobile medical unit designed to bring essential healthcare services directly to underserved areas across Brunswick County. It offers convenient access to care for those who need it most. While appointments are encouraged, walk-up visits may be accepted as availability allows. Please note, the same eligibility criteria that apply to our BSL Clinic also apply to patients seen on the Wellness Wagon.
