Do you need a doctor, dentist, or medicine? Are you uninsured?
If all the following information describes you:
- Brunswick County resident
- Adult over the age of 18
- Uninsured and ineligible for Medicaid, Medicare or VA Benefits
- Total gross household income falls under 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Have already applied for all benefits to which you may be entitled
And you are looking for a FREE clinic that offers:
- Dental care
- Eye care
- General medical care
- Pharmacy Services
